Located in Nashville’s distinctive Germantown neighborhood, occupying the area bounded by Jefferson Street, 6th and 7th Avenues, and Madison Street, Elliott Germantown includes the preservation and residential conversion of the Elliott School, as well as the development of new row homes, with views of the Tennessee State Capitol Building, Bicentennial Mall, and the spectacular Downtown Nashville skyline.

Today, the Elliott School is being transformed. The construction crew has carefully peeled away decades of paint, flooring, plywood overlay and other accommodations made for the building’s various inhabitants over the years. Two original iron cross-beams, multi-story windows, chalkboards, and craft brick walls are some of the treasures being restored and repaired for the new residents who will soon make the Elliott School their home.

A modern reflection of historic Nashville: the reimagined Elliott Germantown offers 45 custom residences in a private enclave within downtown’s most desirable revitalized district.
